Support

Stuck on something? Most answers are below. For everything else, email support@cazimera.com and a human will get back to you.

The app is asking for full calendar access. Why?

Cazimera needs to read your events to score their mood, and it needs write access for exactly one thing: moving an event to a better window when you choose to move it. It never changes anything on its own; it only suggests. All of this happens on your device; your events are never uploaded. You can change access at any time in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security, then Calendars.

What do the Mood Bars mean?

Every event shows one of four moods scored against your birth chart: Favorable, Good, Mixed, or Caution. They are a summary, not a verdict. Tap any event to see the astrology behind it and decide for yourself.

Why does a day look different from my friend's?

The mood is personal. It comes from transits to your own birth chart, so the same hour can read Favorable for you and Mixed for someone else. The ambient layer, moon phases, void-of-course windows, retrogrades, and lunations, is the same for everyone.

Managing your subscription or free trial

Cazimera Plus is billed through your App Store account. To manage, cancel, or check when your trial converts: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling at least 24 hours before the period ends prevents the next charge. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Restoring a purchase on a new phone

Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account you purchased with, then open Cazimera's settings screen and tap Restore Purchases. Your Plus subscription or founding unlock will come back at no charge.

Where is my data stored? Can you recover it?

Everything you create in Cazimera, your chart, journal, card pulls, intentions, and reminders, lives on your device. There is no account and no server, so we cannot see, recover, or delete your data for you. Deleting the app deletes everything it stored, and your regular device backup is what protects it. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.

Something looks wrong or the app misbehaves

Email support@cazimera.com with what you expected, what happened instead, and your iOS version. Screenshots help a lot. Since we cannot see your data or your screen, your description is what lets us fix it.
