How do I get a reading?

From the Dashboard, tap "Daily Reading" or head to the Draw tab to pick a spread. Set an intention if you have one (or don't), then draw your cards.

How do I set up my birth chart?

Go to Profile → Birth Data and enter your date, time, and place of birth. The more accurate your birth time, the more precise your chart and transits will be.

Can I use my own tarot deck?

Yes. Choose "My Deck" mode when you start a reading, then select the cards you drew physically. Cazimera will give you the same interpretations and track them in your history.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Danger Zone → Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data within 30 days.

Is my data private?

Yes! Your readings, journal entries, and personal information are encrypted and never shared. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Troubleshooting

App not loading or showing errors?

Start with a refresh. If that doesn't work, try clearing your browser cache or reinstalling the mobile app.

Can't log in?

Double-check you're using the right email. If you've forgotten your password, hit "Forgot Password" on the login page to reset it.

Transit data not showing?

Transits require your birth data. Make sure you've filled in everything under Profile → Birth Data.
